25php Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register for and use the 25php platform. This age requirement is strictly enforced, and 25php does not knowingly permit access to or account registration by any individual under the age of 18. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide during registration is accurate and truthful. 25php reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and accounts for which age verification cannot be completed may be suspended or permanently closed without notice. If we discover or have reason to believe that a registered user is under 18, we will immediately suspend the account, void any pending transactions, and may report the matter to relevant authorities in the Philippines.

In addition to the age requirement, you must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity — to register as an individual player on 25php. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law, and it is your sole responsibility to verify that using this platform is legal in your location before registering. Employees, directors, contractors, and agents of 25php, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold active player accounts on the platform. 25php also reserves the right to refuse registration or close accounts at its discretion where eligibility requirements are not met or where registration is suspected to be abusive or fraudulent. Providing false eligibility information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

As a registered user of 25php, you agree to use the platform honestly, in good faith, and strictly for personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform to engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, collusion with other players, exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities, or any other activity that could harm the platform or other users. Any winnings derived from fraudulent activity, technical exploitation, or breach of these terms may be voided, and the relevant account will be subject to immediate suspension and legal action where warranted. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 25php does not violate any applicable law in the Philippines or any other jurisdiction relevant to your situation.

You agree not to use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with the 25php platform in a manner that bypasses or manipulates normal gameplay, betting processes, or account functions. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform's software, design, or content. You are expected to treat customer support staff and other platform representatives with respect at all times; abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward staff may result in account suspension. By using the platform, you also confirm that the funds in your account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. Compliance with these obligations is a condition of maintaining an active account on 25php.

All financial transactions on 25php are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya, InstaPay-enabled bank transfers, and other local payment methods displayed in the cashier at the time of your transaction. By initiating a deposit, you confirm that the funds belong to you and originate from a legitimate source. 25php does not accept deposits from third parties — all payments must come from a payment account registered in your own name, and withdrawals will only be processed to the same or a verified payment channel associated with your account.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform; these limits are subject to change at 25php's discretion. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require submission of supporting documents before processing is completed. 25php aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and any verification requirements applicable to your account at the time of the request. Any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals are your sole responsibility. 25php reserves the right to reverse, delay, or decline a transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms and Conditions, and will notify you through your registered contact details where legally permissible to do so.

25php reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to the platform or other users. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, 25php may freeze the account and withhold any balance pending investigation, and may report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities in the Philippines. Where an account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at 25php's discretion after the investigation is concluded.

You may request the voluntary closure of your own account at any time by contacting 25php support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any verified balance will be refunded to your registered payment account subject to completion of any pending verification requirements. 25php will endeavour to process voluntary account closure requests promptly. Accounts that have been voluntarily closed may not be reopened; if you wish to use the platform again after closing your account, you will need to register a new account subject to the eligibility requirements in Section 2 of these terms. Players who are concerned about their gaming habits are encouraged to request a self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming page, which provides a formal process for limiting or restricting access to the platform for a defined period.

The 25php platform may from time to time reference or provide links to third-party websites, services, or resources — such as payment providers, game software suppliers, or information services. These third-party links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by 25php of those external sites or services. 25php has no control over the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of visiting or using them. When you follow a link to an external site, you leave the 25php platform and are subject to the terms and privacy policies of that third-party site.

Payment services used to process deposits and withdrawals on 25php — such as GCash and Maya — are operated by independent third parties and are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, which you should review before using those services. 25php is not liable for any failure, delay, or error on the part of any third-party payment provider, nor for any fees those providers may charge in connection with your transactions. Game software displayed on 25php may be provided by third-party studios, and the rules and mechanics of those games are governed by the relevant game provider's specifications. Any issues specifically related to a game's software or fairness should be directed to 25php support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf where appropriate.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using 25php, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the platform. If you have a complaint or dispute related to your account or any transaction, you are encouraged to contact 25php support first at [email protected] so that the matter can be addressed informally and as quickly as possible. Most account and transaction issues can be resolved through direct communication with our support team without the need for formal legal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal communication, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines. Nothing in these terms prevents 25php from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or enforce its rights under these terms. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 25php to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 25php with respect to your use of the platform.
